You can cancel your reservation free of charge through your user account or via the reservation form up to two weeks before vehicle pickup. If the customer does not show up or does not pick up the vehicle without a valid reason, or without having canceled the reservation, we reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee, the amount of which corresponds to the customer’s deposit.
